While our engineering team solves massive real-world AI and edge computing challenges out of Zurich, our commercial engine is focused on bridging the gap between physical retail networks and the global advertising ecosystem.

Your role…
As Director, Demand Partnerships, you will help our retail customers unlock the full revenue potential of Advertima's Audience AI solutions. Your mission is to create demand for Advertima-enabled In-store Retail Media by building and activating partnerships across the advertising ecosystem and enabling brands, agencies and technology partners to buy and scale campaigns through our retailer networks.
You will develop and manage relationships with leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, Adform and others, ensuring Advertima-enabled inventory and audience capabilities are well understood, effectively positioned and integrated into their go-to-market activities. You will create joint sales initiatives, develop sales enablement materials, deliver training and support partner teams in bringing our joint offering to market.
You will also build strong relationships with media agencies, agency holding groups and Retail Media teams, educating them on the value of Advertima-enabled In-store Retail Media and helping them incorporate physical stores into omnichannel media planning. This includes engaging stakeholders across management, strategy, Retail Media, programmatic and media planning teams.
In addition, you will identify opportunities with Retail Media Platforms, SSPs, data providers and other technology partners that strengthen our ecosystem and create additional value for our retailer customers.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing, you will help establish Advertima-enabled In-store Retail Media as a standard component of modern omnichannel media strategies. Your success will ultimately be measured by helping our retail customers generate incremental Retail Media revenue through increased advertiser demand.
Your profile…
- 8+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, ad tech, media agencies or programmatic advertising.
- Proven experience working with Retail Media organizations, Retail Media teams within retailers, media agencies, DSPs or Retail Media platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem, including agency buying models, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs and omnichannel media planning.
- Experience building and growing commercial partnerships across the Retail Media and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills. You are confident presenting to senior stakeholders, leading workshops and training sessions, and persuasively communicating complex solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written English skills. You are comfortable representing Advertima in executive meetings, customer presentations and industry events.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new growth opportunities and translate relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- Self-driven, proactive and relationship-oriented. You enjoy opening doors, educating the market and creating new business opportunities.
- Comfortable working across international markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- SSPs and supply-side monetization platforms.
- Go-to-market strategy and partner enablement.
- Building partner training and sales enablement programs.
- Media measurement, attribution and audience analytics.
- Cross-channel media planning and performance marketing.
- Ad tech, martech or SaaS businesses.
