We are seeking a Senior Director Market Development & Growth – APAC to lead our commercial expansion across the APAC market. This is one of the most strategically important commercial roles at Advertima. You will operate at the intersection of Retail Media, AdTech, programmatic infrastructure, audience monetization, and enterprise retail transformation. Your mission is to establish Advertima as the category leader for in-store Audience Intelligence across APAC.
 

Your role…


Sales & Account Management
 
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue accounts aligned with the Company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including the definition and management of Tier-1 and Tier-2 target segments.
  • Develop and execute structured contact and account-penetration strategies to secure discovery meetings and originate qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Manage inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured follow-up processes and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, develop, and advance opportunities using MEDDPICC methodology and value-based selling approaches, progressing deals through the sales pipeline toward Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements and where successful, commercial rollout agreements.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all account, opportunity, and pipeline activities within Salesforce or other designated CRM systems.
  • Proactively identify, assess and engage Tier-2 accounts that meet ICP criteria and demonstrate commercial potential.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent customer engagement, effective pursuit of opportunities, and disciplined pipeline progression.

Partner Management
 
  • Design and execute opportunity-specific partner strategies and ecosystems in collaboration with relevant technology, agency and system-integration partners.
  • Engage partners to jointly originate, qualify and advance commercial opportunities in line with Company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to scope, initiate and support integrations with strategic technology partners.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Project teams to manage third-party integration partners during Proof-of-Value projects and subsequent rollout phases.

Strategy & Product-Market-Fit
 
  • Collaborate with the founders and executive leadership team to shape and continuously refine corporate strategy, commercial priorities and go-to-market execution.
  • Partner closely with Product leadership to provide market feedback, support the evolution of product strategy and contribute to positioning and product-marketing initiatives.
  • Provide structured market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to inform roadmap planning and commercial execution.
     

Your profile…

 
  • 10+ years in retail media, adtech, martech or enterprise SaaS/data businesses.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and deal-making.
  • Experience working with large APAC retailers or retail media networks.
  • Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, retail media economics and data monetization.
  • Operator mentality with high ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth and evolving environments.
  • Ability to engage credibly at C-level.

  • Compensation & Fixed Salary: We offer a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from SGD 12,500 to SGD 14,850 (contracted in USD: approx. USD 9,250 – USD 11,000), commensurate with your experience and enterprise track record.
